阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗轻型脑梗死的效果

Effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel sulfate in patients with mild cerebral infarction

目的研究阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗轻型脑梗死的效果。方法选取74例轻型脑梗死患者,根据治疗方式分为研究组和对照组,各37例。两组患者均进行常规治疗,对照组加用阿司匹林,,研究组加用阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者神经功能评分均低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗轻型脑梗死效果显著,可有效改善神经功能缺损状况,且用药安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of aspirin combined with cl opidogrel sulfate in patients with mild cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy-four patients with mild cerebral infarction were selected, and divided into control group and study group according to the treatment methods, with 37 cases in each group. Based on the conventional treatment, the control group was treated with aspirin, and the study group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel. The treatments effects between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of neurological function after treatment of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and that in the study group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no difference in the total incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel in patients with mild cerebral infarction has significant effect and high drug safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
