奥美拉唑、阿莫西林与甲硝唑联合治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of omeprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole combination therapy in the treatment of HP-positive gastric ulcer

目的研究奥美拉唑、阿莫西林与甲硝唑联合治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的92例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,试验组采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林与甲硝唑联合治疗。比较和分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率和Hp清除率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清CRP、MMP-9、胃泌素水平均明显改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未发生呕吐、头痛、腹泻等与药物相关的不良反应。结论奥美拉唑、阿莫西林与甲硝唑联合治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of omeprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）-positive gastric ulcer. Methods Ninety-two patients with Hp-positive gastric ulcer admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the experimental group was treated with omeprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole combination therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate and Hp clearance rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the serum CRP, MMP-9 and gastrin levels in both groups significantly improved, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no drug-related nausea, vomiting, headache, diarrhea and other adverse reactions in both groups during the course of treatment. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combined treatment of omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole in Hp-positive gastric ulcer is definite, which is indeedly worthy of clinical promotion.
