实施介入治疗对下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者临床相关指标的影响

Effect of interventional therapy on the clinical related indexes of patients with lower extremity thromboangiitis obliterans

目的观察介入治疗对下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者临床相关指标的影响。方法选择我院下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者102例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各51例。对照组实施常规中西医结合治疗,试验组实施介入治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血流量、血流速度、足背动脉血管内径、踝肱指数及经皮氧分压明显改善,且试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论对下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者实施介入治疗可明显缓解临床症状,改善临床指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of interventional therapy on clinical related indexes of patients with lower extremity thromboangiitis obliterans. Methods A total of 102 patients with lower extremity thromboangiitis obliterans were seleted and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional Chinese and western medicine, the study group accepted interventional therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the blood flow volume, blood flow velocity, diameter of dorsalis pedis artery, ankle brachial index and percutaneous oxygen partial pressure significantly improved in the two groups, and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in incidence rates of complications between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Interventional therapy for patients with lower extremity thromboangiitis obliterans can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical indexes, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
