中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒临床分析

Clinical analysis of combined traditional Chinese with western medicine in the treatment of erysipelas lutosis of lower extremities

目的探究和分析中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法选择我院自2016年3月至2017年5月收治的80例下肢丹毒患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用哌拉西林联合硫酸镁外敷治疗,研究组采用哌拉西林联合中药四妙勇安汤内服+如意金黄散外敷治疗。比较两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率及治疗后病症的复发率。结果研究组患者治疗期间的不良反应总发生率及治疗后病症的复发率均明显低于对照组,研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢丹毒患者采用中西医结合治疗,不仅能有效降低患者治疗期间的毒副反应发生率和提升其治疗的总有效率,同时还能降低其治疗后的病症复发率,因此其近远期疗效均较为显著。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese with western medicine in the treatment of erysipelas lutosis of lower extremities. Methods Eighty patients with erysipelas lutosis of lower extremities treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with piperacillin combined with magnesium sulfate for external application, the study group was treated with piperacillin combined with the Chinese medicine Simiao Yong＇an decoction orally ＋Ruyi Huangjin powder for external application. The incidences of adverse reactions, the total effective rates of treatment and the recurrence rates of post-treatment disease of two groups during treatment were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the study group during treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of erysipelas lutosis of lower extremities patients with integrative medicine, not only can effectively reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects during treatment and improve the total effective rate of treatment, but also reduce the recurrence rate of the disease after treatment, so efficacy of both near and far period are significant.
