祛瘀消肿汤与切开复位内固定联合治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效

Curative effect of Quyu Xiaozhong decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture

目的分析祛瘀消肿汤与切开复位内固定联合治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法选取70例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,每组35例。对照组予以切开复位内固定术治疗,研究组予以祛瘀消肿汤与切开复位内固定联合治疗。对比两组桡骨远端骨折患者治疗后腕关节评分、骨折愈合时间、止痛时间、消肿时间及疼痛评分。结果研究组治疗后腕关节评分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后骨折愈合时间、止痛时间及消肿时间明显更短,疼痛评分更低(P<0.05)。结论祛瘀消肿汤与切开复位内固定联合治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效显著,可进一步缩短止痛、消肿时间,减轻疼痛,促进骨折愈合,改善腕关节功能,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Quyu Xiaozhong decocti on combined with open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods Seventy distal radius fracture patients were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the treatment methods, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given open reduction and internal fixation, and the study group was treated with Quyu Xiaozhong decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation. The wrist joint scores, fracture healing time, pain relief time,detumescence time and pain scores of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of wrist joint score of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the study group had shorter fracture healing time, pain relief time and detumescence time and lower pain score（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Quyu Xiaozhong decoction and open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture has significant clinical effects. It can shorten pain relief time and detumescence time, reduce pain, and promote fracture healing and wrist function, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
