复方大承气汤促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床效果

Clinical effect of compound Dachengqi decoction on gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery

目的观察复方大承气汤促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法将118例腹部手术后胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各59例。分别采用常规治疗与常规治疗加复方大承气汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、胃肠功能恢复情况及治疗前、后腹内压改善情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率(94.92%)显著高于对照组(79.66%)(P<0.05)。观察组肛门恢复排气时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间及排便时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腹内压显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹部手术后胃肠功能紊乱患者给予常规治疗的基础上加用复方大承气汤,可显著提高治疗效果,促进患者胃肠功能恢复,改善腹内压,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Dachengqi decoction on gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery. Methods A total of 118 cases of gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 59 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional treatment and conventional treatment combined with compound Dachengqi decoction respectively. The therapeutic effects, recovery of gastrointestinal function after treatment and improvement of intra-abdominal pressure before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment（94.92%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（79.66%）（P〈0.05）. The anus recovery evacuation time, bowel sounds returned to normal time,defecation time of the observation group were significantly earlier than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the intra-abdominal pressures of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment for patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery, compound Dachengqi decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, promote gastrointestinal function recovery and improve intra-abdominal pressure, which is worthy of clinical application.
