摘要
目的探讨经腹部超声与经阴道超声诊断11~14孕周胎儿畸形的应用价值。方法抽取2013年至2016年于我院就诊的174例孕妇,对所有孕妇基本资料进行回顾性分析,且所有孕妇合并胎儿畸形,分别采用经腹部与经阴道超声检查方案,对其检查结果进行分析。结果 174例孕妇共检出174例胎儿畸形,其中引产确诊胎儿畸形有182处,采取经腹部超声诊断符合122处,采取经阴道超声诊断符合176处,经腹部超声与经阴道超声对胎儿畸形的诊断符合率分别为67.03%、96.70%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);经腹部与经阴道超声漏诊率分别为32.97%、3.30%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对11-14孕周胎儿畸形采取经阴道超声检查方案的效果明显优于经腹部超声,便于提高畸形的检出率。
Objective To explore the application value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation in 11-14 gestational weeks. Methods A total of 174 pregnant women treated in our hospital from 2013 to 2016 were selected and the basic data of them were retrospectively analyzed. All pregnant women combined with fetal malformation, and used transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound respectively. The test results were analyzed and compared. Results There were 174 cases of fetal malformation in 174 cases of pregnant women, among them there were 182 fetal malformation by induced labor diagnose, 122 cases were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound in accordance with the results of induced labor, 176 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound in accordance with the results of induced labor, the diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound for fetal malformation were 67.03% and 96.70% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); the missed diagnosis rate of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound were 32.97 and 3.30%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasonography on fetal malformation in 11-14 pregnancy weeks has better effect than transabdominal ultrasound, which can improve the detection rate of malformation.
