血常规和超敏C-反应蛋白联合检测在急性上呼吸道细菌感染中的诊断价值 被引量:12

Diagnostic value of joint detection of blood routine test and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in acute upper respiratory tract bacterial infection

摘要 目的观察急性上呼吸道细菌感染(AURI)中应用血常规和超敏C-反应蛋白联合检测的诊断价值。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月在我院治疗的108例AURI患者(研究组),另取同期我院100例健康体检者(正常组),均行血常规、hsCRP检测,比较两组hs-CRP、WBC水平及单项、联合检测诊断的阳性率。结果研究组的hs-CRP、WBC水平分别为(39.16±8.69)mg/L、(11.24±2.38)×109/L,均高于正常组的(4.63±0.10)mg/L、(7.81±2.51)×10~9/L(P<0.05);在研究组中,细菌感染组的hsCRP、WBC水平分别为(57.14±10.23)mg/L、(15.12±3.81)×10~9/L,均高于非细菌感染组的(11.53±6.47)mg/L、(8.75±3.02)×10~9/L(P<0.05);在研究组58例细菌感染患者中,hs-CRP+WBC检测的阳性率(94.83%)高于hs-CRP检测的74.14%、WBC检测的62.07%(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP、血常规检测均可用于诊断AURI,并能判断患者感染的病原体类型,且联合检测可提高AURI诊断的准确性。 Objective To observe the diagnostic value of blood routine test c ombined with hypersensitive C-reactive protein in acute upper respiratory infection(AURI). Methods A total of 108 AURI patients received treatment in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected(the study group), and another 100 healthy examined people in our hospital during the same period were selected(the normal group). Joint detection with routine blood test and hs-CRP were conducted in the two groups. The hs-CRP, WBC levels and positive rates of individual detection methods and the joint detection method in the two groups were compared. Results The hs-CRP and WBC levels of the study group were(39.16 ±8.69)mg/L,(11.24 ±2.38) ×10~9/L, which were higher than(4.63 ±0.10)mg/L,(7.81 ±2.51) ×10~9/L of the normal group( P〈0.05); for the study group, the hs-CRP and WBC levels in patients with bacterial infection were(57.14 ±10.23)mg/L、(15.12 ±3.81)×10~9/L, which were higher than(11.53 ±6.47)mg/L,(8.75 ±3.02) ×10^9/L in the non-bacterial infection group, the differentes were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Among the 58 cases with bacterial infection in the study group, the positive rate of hs-CRP+WBC detection was 94.83%, higher than that of hs-CRP(74.14%) and WBC, the differentes were statistically significant(62.07%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion Both hs-CRP and routine blood test can be used in the diagnosis of AURI and can identify the types of pathogens. By combining these two methods, the accuracy of diagnosis of AURI can be improved.
