人性化护理对脑梗死患者预后的影响

Effect of humanistic nursing on prognosis of cerebral infarction

目的观察人性化护理对脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法将2015年1月至2016年7月在我院神经内科住院的200例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组(116例)与对照组(84例)。两组患者均给予抗血小板聚集、抗动脉粥样硬化及改善脑循环治疗,观察组患者实施人性化护理,对照组患者实施神经内科常规护理。比较两组患者在护理后2周、1个月、3个月卒中后抑郁发病情况及神经功能缺损(NIHSS量表)、日常生活能力(ADL量表)评分。结果护理后2周、1个月、3个月,观察组患者的抑郁发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后1、3个月,观察组患者NIHSS量表评分明显低于对照组,ADL量表评分明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理措施对脑梗死患者预后能产生积极的影响。

Objective To observe the effect of humanistic nursing on prognosis of cerebral infarction. Methods Two hundred hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction in neurology department of our hospital from January 2015 to July2016 were randomly divided into observation group（n=116） and control group（n=84）. Both groups were given anti-platelet,anti-atherogenic and improving cerebral circulation therapy; the observation group was given humanistic nursing, the control group implemented conventional nursing. The incidences of post-stroke depression and neurological deficit（NIHSS scale） and activity of daily living（ADL scale） scores were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks, 1 and 3 months.Results The incidences of depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after2 weeks, 1 and 3 months of nursing intervention, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After 1 and 3 months of nursing intervention, the NIHSS scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the ADL scale scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing has a positive influence on patients with cerebral infarction.
