早期康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后的效果

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on femoral neck fractures in elderly patients with total hip replacement

目的观察老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后实施早期康复护理的效果。方法随机选择我院骨科收治的老年股骨颈骨折行全髋关节置换术患者88例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理+早期康复护理,分析两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的SAS及SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量总分和Harris评分明显高于对照组,并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行全髋关节置换术老年股骨颈骨折患者实施早期康复护理,既可促进髋关节功能尽快康复,还可减少并发症,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on femoral neck fractures in the elderly with total hip replacement. Methods A total of 88 patients with femoral neck fractures undergoing total hip replacement were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given routine care＋early rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effects of both groups were analyzed. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total score of quality of life and Harris score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing on femoral neck fractures in elderly patients with total hip replacement can promote the rehabilitation of hip joint function as soon as possible, reduce the complications and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
