危机预防理论应用于儿科病房静脉输液管理对护理风险事件发生率及家属满意度的影响

Impact of crisis prevention theory on the incidence of nursing risk events and family satisfaction in pediatric ward venous infusion management

目的研究并分析儿科病房静脉输液的管理过程中应用危机预防理论对护理风险事件发生率及家属满意度的影响,为临床儿科护理奠定基础。方法选择我院2016年5月至2017年3月收治的静脉输液患儿128例作为研究对象,将其按不同的护理管理方法分为试验组(危机预防理论)与对照组(常规护理管理模式),各64例。比较两组患儿的护理风险事件发生率及家属满意度。结果护理后,试验组患儿的护理风险事件总发生率为6.25%,明显低于对照组的20.31%(P<0.01)。试验组患儿的家属满意度为92.2%,显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.01)。结论在儿科病房静脉输液的管理过程中,应用危机预防理论可显著降低护理风险事件的发生率,并有助于提升家属满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the influence of crisis pr evention theory on the incidence of nursing risk events and family satisfaction in the management of intravenous infusions in pediatric wards, and to lay the foundation for clinical pediatric nursing. Methods A total of 128 children with intravenous infusions admitted in our hospital from May2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects. According to the different management methods of nursing, the children were divided into experimental group（treated with crisis prevention theory） and control group（treated with conventional nursing management）, with 64 cases in each group. The incidences of risk events and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the total incidence of nursing risk events in the experimental group was6.25%, which was significantly lower than 20.31% in the control group（P〈0.01）. The family satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 92.2%, which was significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion In the intravenous infusions management of pediatric wards, the crisis prevention theory can significantly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and help to enhance the satisfaction of family members, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
