摘要 苜蓿是世界公认的牧草之王,但由于苜蓿自身的成分特点导致其难以利用常规的存储技术进行很好地存储,使这种优良牧草的供应季节性、区域性失衡。而青贮技术既可以较多地保持饲草的养分,又可以长期贮存而不坏,是解决苜蓿这一问题的关键。本文对国内外苜蓿青贮技术的研究概况作了系统总结,并在此基础上重点讨论了苜蓿添加剂青贮技术及各添加剂的作用特点,旨在为我国苜蓿青贮技术的发展提供帮助。半干青贮技术是苜蓿生产实际中应用较广的,而苜蓿添加剂青贮技术则代表了未来的发展方向。 Alfalfa is a world-known Forage and has been called"the king of forage" howeverit is very hard to conserve effectively by conventional storage means because of its own chemical composition characteristics which lead to the seasonal and regional imbalance between supply and demand. Fortunately,this problem can be addressed through alfalfa silage technology very well. We summarize the research status on alfalfa silage with emphasis placed on the additives silage technology and the features of various additives in this article. Wilted silage is the most commonly used silage technique recently,but the additives silage method will certainly get increasing attention and become the trend of ensiling.
