摘要
用户采纳行为是反映数字图书馆服务水平和服务绩效的重要指标,综述数字图书馆用户采纳行为研究对于深刻理解和准确把握学科发展前沿具有积极意义。以中国知网和Web of Science数据库中检索获取的315篇研究文献为基础样本,筛选出最具代表性的30篇并采用主题分析法从系统因素、渠道因素、竞争因素、个体因素、情境因素和效用评估等方面详细梳理了国内外数字图书馆用户采纳行为研究的知识体系,之后对"智慧+数字图书馆"这一研究热点和发展趋势进行了详细分析。
Users ＇ actual adoption of digital libraries greatly reflects the level and performance of digital information services. The review study of user adoption behavior in digital library is of positive significance to deeply understand and accurately grasp the frontier of this subject. Based on the 315 research documents retrieved from the CNKI and the Web of Science database,this paper selects the 30 most representative articles and details the knowledge system of user adoption behavior of digital library at home and abroad from perspectives of system factors,channel factors,competitive factors,individual factors, situational factors and effectiveness evaluation by the thematic analysis method. Finally this paper discusses the research hotspot and development trend of the ＂intelligent and digital library＂in detail.
