组织间信息系统已经成为组织内部的资源共享、交流互动以及外部合作的主要途径。发现组织间信息系统扩散的关键因素对于提高其信息交流和共享效率有着重要意义。采用调研、问卷调查及结构方程模型的方法,在构建并分析组织间信息系统影响因素模型的基础上,使用直接影响与间接影响结合的方式判断因素的影响系数。研究表明组织间信息系统的便利性、可用性、安全性以及共享信息的质量是促进组织间信息系统扩散的关键因素。

The interorganizational information systems have become the main means for resource sharing,interaction and external cooperation in the organization. It is important to discover the key elements which could improve their information exchange and sharing efficiency. It determine the impact by the way of direct and indirect effects that is based on constructing and analyzing the interorganizational information system influencing factor model with questionnaires and structural equation modeling methods. Studies have shown that the convenience, usability, security and quality of information sharing among interorganization information systems are the key factors in promoting the diffusion of information systems among organizations.
