摘要
关系质量是衡量用户与图书馆之间关系强度的指标。文章引用关系营销的相关理论,以462名高校图书馆用户为调研对象,采用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析等方法,构建了一个包含用户满意、信任和承诺3个维度、23个项目的图书馆关系质量评价量表。实证结果数据表明,该量表具有较高的信度和效度,可以用来对图书馆的关系质量进行评价。
Relationship quality is an indicator to measure the relationship strength between users and the library. Taking 462 users of university libraries as the research objects, this paper refers to the theory of relationship marketing and uses EFA and CFA develop a library relationship quality scale with three dimensions and 23 items, which includes user satisfaction, trust and commitment. The empirical results show that the scale has high reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the library relationship aualitv.
