摘要
从公共图书馆存在的问题出发,梳理《公共图书馆法》产生的历史背景,分析了制定《公共图书馆法》的必要性,解读了《公共图书馆法》的内容,进而对《公共图书馆法》产生的现实意义进行阐释。
Starting from the problems existing in public libraries, this paper sorts out the historical background of the emergence of The Public Library Act, analyzes the necessity of formulating the Public Library Act. interpretes the contents of it, and expounds the practical significance of it.
