天津市医保监查执法工作的实践探索

Practice and Exploration of Administrative Enforcement of Medical Insurance Supervision and Inspection in Tianjin

本文立足天津市医疗保险监督检查工作实际,结合医疗(生育)保险实时监控系统及"互联网+"技术应用,分析目前遇到的问题和面临的困境,并从建立医保监督法律体系、实施体系和保障体系三个方面探索构筑医保监督法制体系的实现路径。

Based on the medical insurance supervision and inspection work in Tianjin, combined with the application of real-time monitoring of medical insurance system and the ＂Internet plus＂ technology, this paper analyzes the current problems and diffi culties, and explores the way to building the legal system of medical insurance supervision from three aspects.
