分级诊疗制度实施现状及问题分析——以衢州市某三甲医院为例

Analysis of the Status and Problems of the Implementation of the Hierarchical Medical System——Taking a Class Three Hospital of Quzhou as an Example

本文比较分析了衢州市实施分级诊疗制度前后,当地某三甲医院城乡居民医保患者的住院情况,并指出目前实施分级诊疗存在的问题,建议从引导病人基层首诊、加强基层医疗机构服务能力建设、提高大医院在分级诊疗中的积极性等方面进一步完善分级诊疗制度。

In this paper, the comparison of the hospitalization of patients with basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in a class three hospital before and after the implementation of the hierarchical medical system is analyzed, and the problems existing are pointed out. And it also suggests that the hierarchical medical system should be further improved from the aspects of guiding the patient＇s treatment behavior, strengthening the construction of the service ability of the primary medical institutions and improving the enthusiasm of the large hospitals.
