大学生无偿献血状况的问卷调查及其相关影响因素分析

A Survey on the State and Related Factors of Voluntary Blood Donation among College Students

目的探讨影响大学生无偿献血的相关因素。方法对我市某高校1600名在校大学生进行问卷调查,包括被调查学生一般资料、对献血知识的认知、对献血的看法以及献血背景与献血行为的相关性,应用Logistic回归分析找出影响大学生无偿献血的相关因素。结果被调查大学生的无偿献血率为26.75%,Logistic回归分析显示,性别、对相关优惠政策的认知、对献血前后注意事项的认知、家长态度和家人是否曾经参与献血是影响大学生无偿献血的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论我市大学生的无偿献血率相对不高,受到性别、对相关优惠政策的认知、对献血前后注意事项的认知、家长态度和家人是否曾经参与献血等因素影响。

Objective To explore the factors that affect college students＇ practice of voluntary blood donation. Methods 1,600 college students in Jinhua city were firstly chosen as the subjects of study and then a questionnaire survey was conducted on the students＇ practice of blood donation with a focus on the correlation of the general demographic information of the subjects,their knowledge and opinion of blood donation and the background of the students ＇ practice of blood donation to the subjects＇ behavior of unpaid blood donation. Secondly,a logistic regression analysis was conducted to determine the factor（ s） that affect the subjects＇ praxis of voluntary unpaid blood donation. Results The rate of voluntary blood donors among the college students surveyed was 26.75%. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,cognition of relevant preferential policies,cognition of relevant instructions for donors before and after blood donation,parental attitude and family members＇ previous practice of blood donation were the main factors that affect college students＇ voluntary blood donation（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions The rate of voluntary blood donors among college students in Jinhua city remains at a low level. The major factors are gender,cognition of relevant preferential policies,knowledge of relevant instructions for donors before and after blood donation,parental attitude and family members＇ previous practice of blood donation.
