视频结合彩色图谱宣教在老年患者肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用

Applications of Video Combined with Color Atlas in the Colonoscopy Preparation for Elderly Patients

目的探讨视频结合彩色图谱宣教对老年患者肠镜检查肠道准备效果情况。方法将消化内科住院行肠镜检查的65~85岁患者120例分为实验组和对照组各60例;实验组由责任护士将患者集中在示教室观看肠道准备的视频,发放相应的彩色图谱宣教资料,并口头宣教;对照组则采用单一的口头宣教。结果实验组患者对肠镜检查肠道准备知识的知晓率、肠道准备的清洁度良好率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年患者采用视频结合彩色图谱进行宣教,能提高肠镜检查的成功率,在临床宣教中值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of application of video combined with color atlas in the colonoscopy preparation for elderly patients. Methods 120 patients whose ages ranging from 65 to 85 years were firstly chosen as the subjects of study and then divided at random into an experimental group（ n = 60） and a control group（ n = 60）. The experimental group was shown a demonstration video giving instructions on preparation for colonoscopy and given the corresponding color atlas,while oral instructions were given by nurses. The control group was given oral instructions only.Results In the experimental group,the awareness rate of intestinal preparation for colonoscopy and the cleanliness of intestinal preparations were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Application of video combined with color atlas for elderly patients in information sessions can improve the success rate of colonoscopy and it is worth spreading in the clinic.
