摘要
本研究旨在探讨竞争和合作两种人际情境下大学生自我提升的特点及其适应价值,通过记忆检测任务,以自利归因作为自我提升的表现,选取80名被试进行实验研究.研究结果显示:1)合作情境下,当归因结果不公开时,被试无论获得积极或消极反馈,都表现出自我提升;2)竞争情境下,当归因结果不公开时,被试获得积极反馈表现出自我提升,当归因结果公开时,被试获得消极反馈表现出自我提升;3)合作情境下,被试自我提升表现可以正向预测其自我评定的个人适应性;4)竞争情境下,被试自我提升表现负向预测其自我评定的个人适应和人际适应性.由此推测,大学生自我提升表现具有人际性和隐蔽性特点,自我提升与适应性间的关系,随着人际情境的改变而改变.
In order to explore the characteristics and adaptation of self-enhancement in the competition and cooperation situations,80 college students are chosen as the subjects.The results show that the participants exhibit self-enhancement whether the feedback is positive or negative under the private situation.When the participants compete with each other,however,they exhibit self-enhancement under the private condition only when the feedback is positive,while they exhibit self-enhancement under the public condition only when the feedback is negative.In the cooperation situation,the self-enhancement of the participants can positively predict the personal adaptability of self-evaluation.In the competition situation,the self-enhancement of the participants can negatively predict the personal adaptability and interpersonal adaptability of self-evaluation.It is concluded that college students' self-enhancement has interpersonal nature and concealment,and the relations between self-enhancement and adaptability change along with the changes of interpersonal situations.
