高职院校辅导员群体的职业化水平对大学生综合素质发展至关重要。通过对海西高职院校辅导员队伍职业化现状开展调查研究,从职业角色定位、职业生涯规划、职业选拔培养等方面进行分析,探讨如何通过职业发展管理制度、考评激励机制、专业化培训来有效提升高职院校辅导员职业化水平。

The professionalization level of higher vocational college counselors plays a leading role in the all-round development of students. By carrying out an investigation on the current situation of occupation development of counselors in higher vocational colleges from the positioning,occupation role occupation career planning,occupation selection and training and other aspects of research and analysis,this paper discusses how to develop occupation management system,incentive mechanism,specialization to enhance the training of higher vocational college counselors occupation.
