摘要
顺序功能图编程是PLC常用的编程方法,在自动生产线的顺序类控制程序中有着广泛的应用。针对顺序功能图中的步或状态,提出了一种以输入输出逻辑的时序图的边沿作为步或状态的划分方法,从而组成一个时间上连续的步或状态的序列,并把它作为顺序功能图编程的依据。此法快速地理清了输入输出之间的逻辑关系,极大地提高了编程的效率和正确性,有着很好的推广应用价值。
Sequential function diagram programming is a common programming method of PLC,which is widely used in sequential class control program of automatic production line. This paper presents a method of dividing the sequence diagram of input-output logic as step or state,thus forming a sequence of sequential steps or states in time,which can be used as the basis for the programming of sequential function diagram. The logical relationship between input and output is cleared up quickly,and the efficiency and correctness of programming are greatly improved. It is deserved to be promoted and applied.
