摘要
以调查数据为依据,实证分析高职学生职业价值观的实际呈现和变化特点,并以此为基础构建了高职学生职业价值观培育体系的基本原则和基本结构。基本原则包括:主导性和自主性相结合原则、个体需要和社会需要相结合原则、系统教育和定向教育相结合原则。基本结构包括:目标体系、内容体系。
Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the actual and changing characteristics of higher vocational college students' professional values and puts forward the basic principles and structures of constructing professional education system of higher vocational college students. The basic principles include combination of domination and autonomy,combination of individual and social needs together with the combination of systematic education and oriented education. The basic structure covers the target system and the content system.
