图书馆馆藏家谱文献编撰的研究——以武进图书馆为例

On Compilation of the Family Genealogical Documents in Library Collection: Taking Wujin Library as an Example

家谱文献是史学的重要组成部分,是历史的真实反映,是描写该家族史的百科全书,具有不可替代的文献史料价值。常武地区古代家谱鼎盛繁兴,武进图书馆现已收藏续修新谱380余谱。如何利用好现有家谱文献馆藏资源,更好地服务于社会发展需要,是图书馆亟待解决的问题。

Family genealogy is an important part of historiography. It is a real reflection of historical documents. It is an encyclopedia of the family history. It has irreplaceable value of documentary and historical data. The family genealogies were prosperous in ancient Changzhou Wujin region. Wujin Library has collected more than 380 old and newly-complied genealogies till today.How to make good use of the existing family genealogies collection resources and better serve the needs of social development are the problems that need to be solved by libraries.
