共享经济概念争议之探析

Analysis of the Disputes over Sharing Economic Concepts

共享经济飞速发展,但是对于什么是共享经济,经济学者、法律学者和一般民众说法不一,这在一定程度上也阻碍了理论的研究和实践的发展,因此,有必要从概念争议出发,对此问题进行分析。首先本文从协同消费、分享经济、使用权经济为代表的类同概念入手,分析共享经济的概念特征和要素;并在类同概念和共享经济概念重叠关系的基础上,提出共享经济三要素说;最后,对共享经济的类型进行划分,为以后共享经济的监管提供概念基础。

Economists,legal scholars and the general public have different views about is the concept of sharing economy,which to a certain extent hindered the its theoretical research and practice development.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the dispute from the concept.First,this article starts from the characteristics and elements from the similar concepts represented by Collaborative Consumption,Shared Economy,and Access Economy,analyze the concept features and elements of the shared economy.Then,it proposes the three elements of the shared economy based on the overlapping relationship between similar concepts and shared economy concepts.Finally,it combines with the fixed understanding of shared economy at present toclassify the types of sharing economy,which provides the conceptual basis for the future supervision of sharing economy.
