摘要
采用有限元方法,通过商业求解软件MAXWELL,解决电容触摸屏潜在的静电场问题,对触摸屏面板布局进行了描述,主要性能指标进行了确定.利用仿真模拟的方法,研究电容触摸屏具体图案对电容屏触摸灵敏度的影响.对于具体菱形挖空图案,通过软性电路板材料(FPC)屏对氧化铟锡材料(ITO)屏进行了模拟仿真计算和实验测试,并且进行数据比较,验证了此仿真方案可以测试不同电容屏图案的灵敏度,不需要生产出ITO真屏对灵敏度进行测试比较,大大节省了触摸屏优化设计的成本.
The commercial software MAXWELL is used to solve the electrostatic field problem of capacitive touch panel with finite element analysis. The layout of the touch panel is described and the main performance index is confirmed. The simulation method is used to study the impact of electrode patterns on touch sensitivity. For the hollowed diamand-electrode pattern,the panel made of ITO material is stimulated and tested by the panel made of FPC material. The simulation results and tested data are compared. It is proved that the sensitivity of different electrode pattern can be measured by the simulation method which can save the cost price of optimum design of capacitive touch panel without the production of the real ITO electrode pattern.
