高校代收费结算无纸化系统优化探析

On the Paperless System of College Collection Charges Settlement

随着时代的发展,大中专院校招生规模的增加及收费管理的进一步规范,代收费结算已由原有的毕业结算模式改为学期或学年度全部在校生结算模式.现有的代收费结算无纸化系统存在部门间缺乏有效沟通、结算流程复杂及动态性差等弊端.通过引入B/S模式,建立精细化电子结算系统,有效地打破了传统代收费结算系统的桎梏,极大地提高了高校日常管理的工作效率.

Along with the development of the times,the increase of enrollment scale and further regulation of charge management in colleges and universities,the collection charges settlement has been changed from the original completion mode to the total mode of the term or school year,the paperless system of existing collection charges settlement has the disadvantages like lack of effective intercommunication between departments,complex settlement process and poor dynamic performance. By the introduction of B/S mode,this paper establishes fine electronic settlement system,effectively breaks the shackle of traditional collection charges settlement system,and greatly improves the efficiency of daily management in colleges and universities.
