摘要
为适应机械制造生产企业应用技术型人才的用人需求,构筑以应用型机械工程师的培养目标为导向,以知识传授和能力塑造为主体教育教学模式的理论与实践课程教学体系.在教学过程中,探索学校与企业协同完成理论、实验与实训等环节的教学模式,结合课程理论及应用的实践辅助训练,校企柔性结合,实现学生在学习过程中与企业生产实践的交互对接,着重提升学生的应用能力,为学生提供更多的应用平台及自主能力的锻炼空间.
In order to meet the demand for applied technique-oriented talents of machine manufacturing and production enterprises,the teaching and learning system of theories and practices is constructed,which is directed by the training objective of applied mechanical engineers and taking knowledge transfer and ability shaping as the main teaching model. During the process of teaching and learning,the college explores the teaching model which finishes the teaching links of theory,experiment and practice in collaboration with enterprises,combined by the practical auxiliary training of curriculum theory and application. The flexible school-enterprise combination can realize the interaction between students' learning in colleges and universities and production practice in the enterprises,lay emphasis on the improvement of students' application abilities,and even provide students with more practical platforms and space for training their independent abilities.
