摘要
10个蓝花子品种单株套袋自交均表现自交不亲和性,结实率为0;7个蓝花子品种群体套帐自交或品种内杂交,均有不同程度的结实株率和单株结角率。外地品种高州白花与云南8个地方品种正反交,全部获得较高的结实率,正反交间差异不大;与10个甘蓝型油菜品种正反交,结实率≈0;此外与5个白莱型油菜品种、5个芥菜型油菜品种和4个其它类型品种正反交,全部未获得角果。蓝花子的育种以集团选育方法效果为最佳,已选育出5个品系(型)。
Self-cross of 10 oil radish cultivars,with single plant enclosed in a bag,showed self-incompatibility with the siliqua-bearing rates equal to zero.Self-cross or intravarietal crose of 7 cultivars,wich each cultivar population enclosed in a net,produced varied rates of siliqua-bearing plants and siliquas per plant.An exotic cultivar 'Gaozhou White Flower(GWF)' crossed reciprocally with 8 Yunnan local cultivars,It produced fairly high siliqua-bearing rates without exception,and without great differences between cross and reciprocal cross.The rates approximately equalled zero in the cross and reciprocal cross of GWF with 10 cultivars of Brassica napus and were equal to zero in those of GWF with 5 cultivars of B.campestris,5 B.juncea and 4 others.And group selection proves to be the best method for oil radish breeding,5 lines(types)have already been bred.
