血液透析对糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果与胰岛素、C肽水平影响分析

摘要 目的探讨血液透析对糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果及对胰岛素、C肽水平的影响。方法 67例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(33例)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予血液透析治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、胰岛素、C肽、餐后2 h血糖、胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血尿素氮、血肌酐、白蛋白水平。结果治疗前,两组空腹血糖、胰岛素、C肽、餐后2 h血糖、胆固醇、Hb A1c水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、胰岛素、餐后2 h血糖、胆固醇、Hb A1c水平明显低于对照组,C肽水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血尿素氮、血肌酐、白蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组血尿素氮(4.31±0.94)mmol/L、血肌酐(341.97±32.74)μmol/L、白蛋白(29.14±5.63)g/L均明显低于对照组的(7.11±1.41)mmol/L、(374.01±40.25)μmol/L、(24.63±4.71)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析可明显改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,降低胰岛素水平,增加C肽水平。
