摘要
目的探讨动机访谈(MI)及延续性自我管理教育在学龄期哮喘儿童中的应用效果。方法 100例学龄期哮喘患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组住院期间给予常规治疗、护理及健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上给予动机访谈及延续性自我管理教育。观察比较两组患儿用药依从性、自我管理能力及哮喘控制水平情况。结果试验组总依从率为96.0%,高于对照组的74.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组日常生活管理、疾病医学管理、社会心理管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总控制率(96.0%)高于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对学龄期哮喘儿童采取动机访谈及延续性自我管理教育,能显著提升用药依从性、控制哮喘,提升自我管理能力,临床应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the application effect of motivational interview (MI) and continuous self-management education in school age children with asthma. Methods A total of 100 school age children with asthma were divided by random number table method into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, nursing and health education during hospitalization, and the experimental group received motivational interview and continuous self-management education on the basis of the control group. Observation and comparison were made on medication compliance, self-management ability and asthma control level between the two groups. Results The experimental group had higher total compliance rate as 96.0% than 74.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The experimental group had higher daily life management, disease management and psychosocial management score than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The experimental group had higher total control rate (96.0%) than the control group (70.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Implementation of motivational interview and continuous self-management education can obviously improve medication compliance, control asthma and improve self-management ability. It contains high clinical application value.
