护理干预对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者生活质量的意义研究

Study of significance of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy

目的探讨护理干预对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者生活质量的意义。方法 80例腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理方式,试验组在对照组的基础上使用护理干预。使用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对两组患者的生活质量进行评价,并比较。结果护理后,试验组心理领域、生理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分分别为(14.91±3.77)、(15.85±3.97)、(14.94±3.47)、(15.67±4.28)分,均高于对照组的(12.94±2.93)、(13.53±3.19)、(12.93±3.39)、(13.17±3.71)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者进行积极的护理干预,可以明显的提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the significance of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing method, and the experimental group received nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on quality of life of two groups was evaluated by World Health Organization＇s Quality of Life Questionnaire-Brief Version （WHOQOL-BREF）. Results After nursing, the experimental group had higher psychological field, physiological field, environmental field and social relationship field score respectively as （14.91±3.77）, （15.85±3.97）, （14.94±3.47） and （15.67±4.28） points than （12.94±2.93）, （13.53±3.19）, （12.93±3.39） and （13.17±3.71） points in the control group, and their differencewas statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Active nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy in the operation room can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
