优质护理对鼻内镜下鼻息肉及鼻窦炎手术的临床意义研究

Study on clinical significance of high quality nursing for endoscopic sinus and sinusitis surgery

目的探讨优质护理对鼻内镜下鼻息肉及鼻窦炎手术的临床意义。方法 80例鼻息肉及鼻窦炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取普通护理措施,试验组在对照组的基础上使用优质护理措施。比较两组患者护理后临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻内镜下鼻息肉及鼻窦炎手术患者使用优质护理,可以明显提高患者的临床疗效,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of high quality nursing for endoscopic sinus and sinusitis surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with endoscopic sinus and sinusitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received general nursing measure, and the experimental group received high quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy after nursing in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had total effective rate as 92.5%, which was 75.0% in the control group. The experimental group had total effective rale was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing for patients with endoscopic sinus and sinusitis surgery can obviously improve their clinical efficacy, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
