阻碍护士对患者进行身体评估量表的汉化及信效度检验

Translation and validation of Barriers to Nurses′Use of Physical Assessment Scale

目的汉化阻碍护士对患者进行身体评估量表,并对其进行信效度和可接受性的评价。方法根据"正向翻译-回译-文化调试-预调查"的汉化模式形成中文版的量表,采用方便抽样对3省4所医院的227名护士进行调查和测评,并对量表进行信效度和可接受性评价。结果中文版的量表共7个维度和36个条目;总的内部一致性Cronbach′sα系数为0.890,各维度的Cronbach′sα系数0.744~0.993;重测信度为0.757;分半信度为0.905,各维度的分半信度0.791~0.994;内容效度由6位专家进行评估,得出I-CVI范围0.833~1.000,S-CVI/UA为0.500,S-CVI/Ave为0.915;结构效度采用探索性因子分析提取7个公因子,累计方差贡献率为73.067%,且各项目在相应因子上有较满意的因子载荷量(>0.4)。结论中文版阻碍护士对患者进行身体评估量表具有良好的信度和效度,并且简单易懂,具有较好的可接受性,可为以后的相关调查提供科学的测量工具。

Objective To translate the English version of Barriers to Nurses′Use of Physical Assessment Scale,and to test the reliability,validity and acceptability of the Chinese version.Methods The model of translation,back-translation,cultural adjustment and pilot survey was used to develop Chinese version Barriers to Nurses′Use of Physical Assessment Scale.Then 227 nurses from 4 hospitals in 3 provinces were investigated,and the reliability,validity and acceptability of the scale were analyzed.Results The Chinese scale had 7 dimensions and36-items;the total Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.890,the Cronbach′s α coefficient for each dimension ranged from 0.744 to 0.993;testretest reliability was 0.757;the total split-half coefficient was 0.905,and the split-half coefficient for each dimension ranged from 0.791 to 0.994.The content validity was assessed by six experts,the I-CVI was 0.833-1.000,S-CVI/UA was 0.500,and S-CVI/Ave was 0.915.Seven factors were extracted by a factor analysis,which explained 73.067% of the total variance,and the loading of each item on the corresponding factors had satisfactory factor load capacity（〉0.4）.Conclusion The Chinese version Barriers to Nurses′Use of Physical Assessment Scale has good reliability and validity,it is easy and understandable,and it has good acceptability,thus it is a scientific measurement tool for relevant investigation.
