群组管理健康教育对住院慢性精神分裂症患者康复及社会功能的影响 被引量:51

摘要 目的探讨群组管理健康教育对慢性精神分裂症患者康复及社会功能的影响。方法将120例长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=60)、对照组(n=60)。两组均实施常规治疗护理及健康教育。研究组在此基础上参与为期6个月的群组管理护理活动。干预前、干预3个月、干预6个月后分别采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、康复状态量表(MRSS)、住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)进行评定。结果两组不同时间PANSS、MRSS、SSPI评分比较,干预效应、时间效应、交互效应差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论将群组管理健康教育应用于慢性精神分裂症患者,能促进康复,有效改善精神病症状和社会功能。 Objective To explore the effect of group management health education on rehabilitation and social function for inpatients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods Totally 120 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into a study group(n=60) and a control group(n=60) using random number table.Both groups received routine treatment,nursing and health education,the study group additionally participated in a 6-month group-managed care program.The two groups were assessed using Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Morning Side Rehabilitation status Scale(MRSS)and Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)before the intervention,3 months and 6 months after the intervention.Results The intervention effect,time effect and interaction effect were significant between the two groups in the score of PANSS,MRSS and SSPI at different time points(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion Application of group management health education in patients with chronic schizophrenia can promote their rehabilitation,improve their psychological symptom and quality of life.
