从北京市村镇供水、农业节水、郊区水环境等业务管理需求以及信息化现状出发,综合考虑数据信息资源、应用分析功能、地图管理等,进行了北京市基层水务信息管理系统架构与设计。该系统作为业务应用软件,为北京市郊区水务管理和决策提供了基础数据支撑和分析管理手段。

Framework of water affair information management system at local level of Beijing Municipality was designed considering the sources of information and data application analysis functions and map management, according to the demand of rural water supply, water conservation and water environment improvement as well as current status of informatization. As a business application software, the system can be used as database and analysis tool for water affair management and support for decision making.
