摘要
膨胀烟丝车间共装备两套气流干燥系统,隶属于膨胀烟丝生产线的工艺核心设备。气流干燥系统属于高温工艺加工段,对烟丝加工的热源气体的安全和精准控制尤为重要。为此设备在热风管道的途径高位安装了两套氧传感器确保生产安全和工艺标控。氧传感器在实际的使用中可靠性十分关键,本文特为氧传感器相关方面的技术进行系统的原理和性能进行分析。
The workshop is equipped with two sets of expanded cut tobacco drying system(EVA System), the core technology equipment belonging to the expanded tobacco production line. EV(Air drying system) belongs to high temperature process segment, heat source gas on the safety of bobacco processing and precision control is particularly important. Two sets of oxygen sensors are installed of each system will in the way of the hot air pipeline to ensure the production safety and process control. Oxygen sensor in the acturl use of the reliability is the key. This paper specially designed for oxygen sensor technology of te principle and performance of the system analysis.
