摘要
大学生创新创业教育是高等教育、教学的重要内容之一,得到了国家政策的大力支持,本科生导师制是实施创新创业教育的有效途径。本文阐述了本科生导师制的意义,介绍了蚌埠医学院本科生导师制管理模式下大学生创新创业教育实施情况,并通过问卷调查,对学生满意度、学习兴趣、增长知识、提高能力方面进行分析,验证了该模式的有效性和当前存在的不足,并提出了几点建议:设计导师奖励基金、改进指导的方式、采用多元化的评价机制等。
College students' innovation and entrepreneurship ed-ucation is one of the important contents of higher education andteaching and has been strongly supported by national policies.The tutorial system of undergraduates is an effective way to im-plement innovative and entrepreneurial education. Taking Beng-bu Medical College as an example, this paper expounds themeaning of the tutorial system, and introduces the implementationof college students' innovation and entrepreneurship educationunder the tutorial system for undergraduates. Through the ques-tionnaire survey, student satisfaction, learning interest, knowl-edge increase, ability improvement are analyzed, and the validityand existing problems of the model is verified. Then several sug-gestions are put forward setting up reward funds for tutors, improving the guidance mode, and usinga multiple evaluationmechanism.
