Sustainable Management Model Design of Breast Cancer Volunteer Activities

由于生活模式的转变,乳腺癌的患病人群持续增长。大部分地区的医院更注重生命市场而忽视患者的心理健康,而由于乳腺癌的特殊性,心理支持对乳癌患者而言尤其重要,因而相关志愿者组织成为了该需求的重要载体。总的来看,现有的乳腺癌志愿者组织存在着资金不可持续、活动单一等问题,而企业作为主体进行介入能够成为解决这些问题的一种方式,从而构建企业-患者-医院-社会的一体化的乳腺癌志愿者活动/组织模式。

Due to the change of life style, the number of breastcancer patients increases continuously. Most hospitals pay moreattention to the length of life instead of mental health. Because ofthe particularity of breast cancer, psychological support is partic-ularly important for breast cancer patients, so the relevant volun-teer organization has become more important for undertaking thisdemand. Generally speaking, the existing breast cancer volunteerorganizations have some problems such as unsustainable funding,single activities, etc., and the intervention of enterprises can beaway to solve these problems, and we can build a breast cancervolunteer activities/organization model combining enterprise, pa-tient, hospital and the whole society together.
