护理专业核心课程教学中引入学生自主命题考试对提高护考通过率的实践研究

摘要 目的:研究护理专业核心课程教学中引入学生自主命题考试对护考通过率的影响。结果:护考通过率实验组比对照组高出13.8%,实施该教学改革对考试成绩和护考通过率的影响成效显著。实验组学生和任课教师对于学习过程较满意,该方式对加强学习自律性、提高考试成绩、提高护考通过率有明显正面意义。结论:应在五年制护理专业学生中推行此考试模式,采取多种方式保持学生持续学习的热情,促使学生形成团结协作、吃苦耐劳、自我约束的品质。 Objective: To study the effect of the introduction ofstudents' self-organized tests on the pass rate of nursing tests inthe core course teaching of nursing specialty. Results: The testpass rate of the experimental group is 13.8% higher than that ofthe control group, indicating that the implementation of theteaching reform has a significant effect on the pass rate of nursingtests. Students of the experimental group and classroom teachersare more satisfied with the learning process. This approach haspositive significance for strengthening the study self-discipline,improving the test scores, and improving the pass rate of nursingtests. Conclusion: This examination model should be implement-ed among five-year nursing students, and various methods shouldbe used to maintain students' enthusiasm for continuous learningand promote them to form the quality of unity, collaboration, hardwork, and self-discipline.
