观察与指导是当今幼儿园教师必备的专业技能之一,本文从幼儿期最为典型、幼儿最喜爱、活动频率最多的角色游戏入手,结合大班幼儿年龄特点,介绍了在大班开展角色游戏时教师有效的观察与指导策略。

Observation and guidance is one of the essential pro-fessional skills of contemporary kindergarten teachers. Startingfrom the most typical and the most frequently used role-playinggames favored by students, and combined with the age character-istics of senior class children, this paper introduces the strategiesfor teachers＇ effective observation and guidance in the implemen-tation of role-playing games for senior classes.
