城口,重庆东北角大巴山腹地的一个县,紧邻陕西岚皋。那是一个至今没有一寸高速公路的县。采写交通新闻多年,常听一句戏谑的话,＂城口县和渝中区一样都没有高速公路＂。之所以说这句话＂戏谑＂,皆因众所周知重庆母城渝中区内是无需高速公路的。换言,城口成了重庆惟一没有高速公路的区县。也因如此,大巴山内的城口人,对高速公路的期盼始终处于渴求状态.城口沉淀了太多与交通相关的沉重往事,随着G69银（川）百（色）高速城口至开州段的开建,沉重的交通往事与诗意的来日,在当下邂逅.

ChengKou County, a central region of Ta-pa Mountain in Northeast of Chongqing and adjacent to Lan-gao County of Shaanxi Province, is a county without any highways. Being a reporter for so many years, I often heard a sarcasm that in Chongqing only Chengkou County and Yuzhong District have no highways. Well, the point is there is no need for highways in Yuzhong District which is the downtown of Chongqing, so it’s a pity that Chengkou falls behind. For this reason, Chengkou citizens are eager to experience the convenience and quickness of highways. The construction from Chengkou to Kaizhou of the Yinchuan–Baise Expressway, commonly referred to as the Yinbai Expressway, presents us traffic anecdotes in the past and a bright future.
