摘要 高功率脉冲技术是当前国际上很活跃的前沿学科之一,被广泛应用于等离子体发生器、准分子激光器、激光武器等领域,该技术的关键之一是高压纳秒脉冲电源的研制。本文基于磁脉冲压缩技术设计出了一种磁开关,基于此开关所研制的高压脉冲电源能够产生幅值6kV,上升沿约300ns的脉冲。 Pulsed Power Technology is one of the most popular and advanced directions in international science and technology at present, which is widely used in the fields of plasma generators, excimer laser, laser beam weapons, etc.One of the keys to this technology is the pulsed power supplies with nanosecond rise time. In this paper, a switch is designed according to the theory of magnetic pulse compression, pulse with the rise time of 300 ns and the amplitude of 6 kV is successfully generated by the switch.
