新型无轨式隧道衬砌液压台车在隧道二衬施工中的设计与应用

The design and application of a new type of non-rail tunnel lining hydraulic trolley in the secondary lining of the tunnel

本文以广州市轨道交通二十一号线工程13标金坑站~镇龙南站区间隧道二衬施工为例,介绍了新型无轨式隧道衬砌液压台车在隧道二衬施工中的设计与应用。工程实践表明,采用新型无轨式隧道衬砌液压台车既可以满足隧道衬砌施工正常掘进,又可以避免传统隧道二衬台车衬砌过程中反复铺设轨道的繁琐工序,施工效率高,混凝土衬砌质量好,同时减轻了二衬作业工人的劳动强度,很好的解决了目前国内存在的普遍隧道建设施工过程需要铺设行走轨道,隧道衬砌台车移动不方便、铺设钢轨耗费人力大问题,经济效益显著。

In this paper, the Guangzhou Metro Line twenty-one project No.13 Jinkeng station to Zhenlong south station secondary lining of the tunnel construction as an example, this paper introduces a new type trackless type hydraulic tunnel lining trolley in the design and application of the construction of the secondary lining of the tunnel.The engineering practice shows that the new type rail tunnel lining trolley hydraulic tunnel lining construction can meet the normal tunneling operation, and avoid the tedious process of laying the track in the process of the the secondary lining of the tunnel, the construction is more efficient, and the quality is better, and reduces the labor intensity of the workers, a good solution the construction process of traditional tunnel and existing laying the track, hydraulic trolley is easy to move. Reduce the expenses of labour, its economic efficiency has greatly improved.
