摘要
针对核反应堆容器检查范围广,检查周期长问题,设计研制了核反应堆压力容器检查升降平台装置,可实现多检查区域并行检查。本文对该装置的总体结构、设备支撑定位方式进行了分析,并对下平台的固定支撑强度进行了力学仿真分析,验证了有腿下平台支撑稳定可靠。
In view of the wide inspection scope and long inspection period of nuclear reactor vessels, a nuclear reactor pressure vessel inspection and lifting platform device was designed and developed to achieve parallel inspection of multiple inspection zones. In this paper, the overall structure of the device, the device support and positioning method are analyzed, and the mechanical analysis of the fixed strength of the lower platform is performed to verify the stability and reliability of the platform support under the leg.
