摘要
根据反应堆冷却剂泵支承设计需求,对传统的反应堆冷却剂泵支承结构进行了优化改进,提出了一种固有频率高、支承刚度大的新型支承结构。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对不同结构形式、不同安装方式下支承结构的应力分布、固有频率及系统支承刚度进行了计算,对比分析了不同安装方式对于系统动力学特性的影响。计算结果表明新型反应堆冷却剂泵支承结构设计合理,能满足设计要求。
The traditional support structure of reactor coolant pump was improved and optimized in this paper according to design requirements,and new type of support structure with high natural frequency and stiffness was put forward.The stress distribution,natural frequency and bearing stiffness of support structure were calculated under different installation methods and structure types using ANSYS software,and the influences on dynamic characteristic were analyzed.The results show the new type of support structure was designed reasonably and which was meet the design requirements.
