摘要
本文提出了用三坐标测量机通过扫描的方法对汽轮机叶片复杂曲面进行检测,并对测头的路径进行了规划,提出了一种快速、准确的测量方案。并对测头半径进行了补偿,保证了测量结果的准确性。针对汽轮机叶片的结构特点采用专用测量夹具,保证了检测的稳定和精度。
In this paper,the complex curved surface of steam turbine blade is detected by scanning with a coordinate measuring machine,and the path of the probe is planned.A fast and accurate measurement scheme is proposed.The probe radius is compensated to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.The structure of the turbine blades for the use of special measuring fixture to ensure the stability and accuracy testing.
