摘要
根据齿轮箱出现故障的原因,介绍了齿轮箱的四种主要故障形式——齿面磨损、齿面点蚀、齿面胶合以及断齿。齿轮箱在出现以上故障过程中均可产生磨损颗粒,磨粒的大小、尺寸、形状、累积速率均可反映齿轮箱的故障程度。在线磨粒检测传感已广泛应用于风电齿轮箱磨粒的监测,但现有的在线磨粒监测传感器缺少评价齿轮箱故障等级的数学模型,无法根据齿轮箱的运行工况提供智能报警功能,需要人为进行预警限值的设定。通过将现有离线检测和在线监测技术进行结合,构建齿轮箱故障等级预测的数学模型,从而指导齿轮箱磨损颗粒的研究和故障程度的判别。
According to the gear box failure,the four main failure forms of gear box is tooth surface wear,the tooth surface pitting,the tooth surface scuffing and the broken tooth.The wear particles can be produce in the process of gear box failure,the size,shape and accumulation rate of the wear debris can reflect the failure level of the gearbox.The online oil debris detection sensor has been widely used in the monitoring of wind turbine gearbox.However,the existing online oil debris detection sensor is lack of a mathematical model for evaluating gearbox failure degree.It needs to set the limits of warming,and cannot provide intelligent alarm function according to the operating condition of the gearbox.The mathematical model for evaluating gearbox failure degree is established through the combination of offline detection and the online monitoring technology,which can guide the research of wear particles and the fault degree of gearbox.
