在高校,隐性逃课现象已非常普遍,严重地影响着教育的质量和人才的培养。其原因有很多,涉及到教师、学生、学校各方面的因素。为了避免这一现象的发生,可采取以下措施:高校"教学为中心"的回归;完善教学管理制度,鼓励教师履行批评义务;提升教师教学能力,选取经典书目做教材;改变学生的错误观念,做好专业引领和职业生涯规划;培养学生的媒介素养,引导其合理使用手机;改革考评方式,培养良好的校风和学风。

In colleges and universities,the phenomenon of recessive truancy is very common,which seriously affects the quality of education and the training of talents.There are many reasons,including teachers,students and schools.In order to avoid this phenomenon,we can take the following measures ： the return of ＂ teaching as the center ＂ in universities,perfect the teaching management system,encourage teachers to fulfill their duty of criticism,improve teachers＇ teaching ability,select the classic books as textbooks,change students＇ wrong ideas,do a good job of professional guidance and career planning; cultivate students＇ media literacy,guide their rational use of mobile phones;reform evaluation methods,and cultivate good school spirit and style of study.
